Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:-

The item received is damaged or defective

The item received is different from what you ordered

The item is missing parts that should have been included

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:-

Earbuds and other audio accessories-

Any electrical component that has been installed, soldered, or used

How to Request a Return

2. Share your order number and a photo or video of the issue

3. Our team will review your request and confirm if the item qualifies for return

Refund Method

Once a return is approved and the item is received back in its original condition and packaging, we will offer:- A replacement (preferred), or

A refund via your original payment method or bank transfer/JazzCash, processed within 5–7 working days

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty or wrong due to our error, we cover the return shipping cost. For any other approved return reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
